Gina Clayton is the driving force behind iFreelance, her business consultancy. With over 25 years of diverse experience in senior leadership roles working closely with Boards, Directors, Managers and Business Owners, Gina is a seasoned human resources practitioner who develops and implements practical and customised solutions for human resources, safety and quality management.   She is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and working as a trusted partner to foster individual, leadership and business growth.

As a ruby member of the HR Coach Network, Gina is accredited to deliver Star Workplace Strategic Alignment and Fusion Culture Surveys.  Accredited through TTIS Success Factors, Gina delivers DISC, Motivational Drivers and Emotional Intelligence for individual and team insight.  Experienced with SHL products, Personality Profiles & 360* Leadership and Work Assessments are useful tools which assist businesses to benchmark and continuously improve leadership and organisational capabilities.
